The air traffic control workforce has a nationwide staffing need, and contract towers across the country require qualified controllers. Advanced ATC provides intensive classroom instruction and simulator experience designed to prepare graduates for employer interviews and facility training. Although no school can guarantee employment, Advanced ATC graduates have historically received employment offers after successfully completing the program and meeting all employer requirements.
