The 11-week CTO-P program is a fast-track, self-funded program conducted in Selma, Alabama, with optional dorm-style housing. It is designed to prepare students for interviews and employment opportunities with Federal Contract Tower providers, followed by facility-specific on-the-job training. The 12-month CTO program provides a longer training pathway with classroom, simulator, and live-traffic experience leading toward a CTO Certificate and facility rating. The 12-month program offers a broader preparation pathway, and Sallie Mae private student-loan funding is available only for eligible students attending the Valdosta program.
