What are the CTO-P program’s current pass rate and employment-offer rate?

To date, the CTO-P program has maintained a 100% pass rate, and 100% of our graduates have received employment offers after successfully completing the program. Employment offers are contingent upon meeting the employer’s requirements, including successfully completing an interview, background investigation, and drug screening, and maintaining a valid Class II FAA medical certificate.
