How many CTO-P students previously attended the FAA Academy, and what employment outcomes have graduates had?

We do not currently publish a formal percentage for all students who previously attended the FAA Academy. However, all but three of our CTO-P students attended the Academy before entering our program. To date, 100% of the students who successfully completed the CTO-P program have received employment offers. Previous terminal training can provide a helpful foundation, but each student’s performance and employment outcome depend on successfully completing our program and meeting the contract-tower employer’s hiring requirements.
