After completing the CTO-P program, students interview with our contract-tower partners, including Serco and Robinson Aviation. Placement is generally based on facility openings, the employer’s needs, and the applicant’s preferences and qualifications. Applicants may have an opportunity to express their preferred locations; however, placement at a specific facility cannot be guaranteed.
