Students may apply for positions at Serco towers that have openings. Final hiring decisions and tower assignments are made by Serco based on staffing needs and the applicant’s qualifications. When multiple locations are available, applicants may have an opportunity to express their preferences, but placement is ultimately determined by Serco. Many new controllers begin at towers that provide strong opportunities to build experience and continue developing their skills.
