Employment start dates vary depending on employer onboarding, background checks, and facility needs. For that reason, we do not currently publish a separate percentage for graduates who are actively employed at graduation versus within six months. However, our graduates have received employment offers that allow them to begin on-the-job training at Federal Contract Towers.
